The Hong Yi Hotel (Hongyi Dajiudian) is located next to Wuhan's beautiful East Lake, near Hongshan Square and the city's scientific, educational, cultural and commercial center. With nearby gardens and the Double Lake Bridge in the vicinity, the Hongyi is in one of Wuhan's most pleasant and scenic areas. The Hongyi's 161 rooms provide guests with views of either the lake or the classical architecture of Wuhan University. Chinese, Western and Japanese restaurants and a variety of bars provide a range of dining and entertainment choices for guests, with the highlight being the Chinese restaurant's mix of northern and southern Chinese cuisines. The largest meeting room seats up to 380, and a luxury reception room and six special meeting rooms are also available. Meeting facilities include simultaneous interpreter systems, plasma TVs, LCD projectors, wireless and high-speed communications links.
